Client Highlight

Meet Judy, now 80 years old, a master gardener who trains to volunteer long hours at the Botanical Garden, manage extensive landscaping around her house, and keep up with her active grandchildren.

Judy began physical therapy and training to relieve a frozen shoulder, and now continues training today to keep her diabetes in check, maintain strong bones, and to continually improve upon her “everyday strength”, training with Dave since 2009.
