Hi Dave, I wanted to send a quick email to share and to say thank you for all the great coaching. I am having various physicals in order to start my (Occupational Therapy School) clinical internship. My weight is down to 128.6 lbs, and BP is down to 107/70 (my diastolic used to be closer to 80)….and my resting HR is down to 60 (normally in the high 70′s or low 80′s). Thank you, thank you, thank you for all of the amazing coaching and for teaching me how to work-out more wisely. I think these results are exciting…..now to the hard part….keeping it up, right? However, I am sure it is Kathleen and Sharon you want to focus on. They have used your (12 week weight loss) program and are a testament to its success. I only introduced them to the program because I knew it was a life approach and not some fad diet or exercise program. You provided them with the tools and knowledge to live a healthy life and for that I am eternally grateful. My next scan is in February 2011 and if the artery in my head healed I plan to either do another session or use the private training sessions my sisters so generously donated to me. Then it will be my turn. Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Anyway I can help the program let me know. Bridal Boot Camp & Special Event Fitness Preparation“It is amazing on how a boot camp could change my perspective to change and create a healthy lifestyle. I have a new attitude and I owe it to Bridal-Bootcamp. I was leery at first. I knew I was out of shape and 20 pounds overweight. I had real bad hail damage on areas of my body that no insurance & no company could give me any type of coverage. :) To be honest, when I was forwarded the information about camp I was skeptical. I thought that I wouldn’t complete two weeks of it. I would easily give up until I met Dave and Rebecca. They were down to earth and not fake or phony. Dave has taught me so much about working out and what to eat. It helps when “Super Dave” pushes me in class. The emails each week do help keep me motivated. It just shows me that you care and want us to succeed. Each week I learn something new…either a muscle I never felt before or learning correct form. By the way, “mind to muscle” does work!!! Also, I have noticed that while I am doing strength training exercises that my abs are constantly working. I love that. The most important thing that I have gained from Boot camp is results. I do feel good about that!”
