I am often asked about products I recommend, whether a piece of home exercise equipment, or nutrition book, etc. Therefore, I thought I’d list a few books here I have read, along with equipment and supplements I use on a weekly basis. Please let me know if you have any questions about any of these. These are Amazon.com links, so you will be redirected to Amazon.com to view the product. At Home Equipment - I’d probably put the foam roller first on this list, as “rolling out” with these, when done properly, can do wonders for how your knees and back feel after a day of running/squatting/living.

Supplements - this is the protein I generally get. We usually get vanilla, so we can put it in our pancakes, oatmeal, shakes, smoothies, etc.

 

Books for Everyone - this list could go on and on and on, so here are a definite three for your collection, I’ll change these up periodically, or categorize this page a bit better for everyone.

 

 Books for the Health & Fitness Professional - again, this list could go on and on x 100, but here are a few must’s if you are serious about maximizing your potential and the influence and impact you will have on your clients, from goal setting, motivation, and body works, to the business end of things.
