My local health, fitness and performance coaching company is located in the St. Louis, MO area. Doing business as S.A.F.E. Fitness Solutions, I contract with cities, companies and individuals to provide fitness, physical therapy and weight loss solutions in home, in municipality centers and on site (corporations, assisted living centers, and military bases.)
